After spending approximately 4 1/2 years gaining experience in civil defense work, Kelly Baudin began focusing her practice on zealously representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. She received her B.S. in Marketing at Arizona State University, graduating cum laude from the Barrett Honors College. Kelly returned to Illinois, where she grew up, to attend law school and received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2007. Kelly has experience in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, insurance defense litigation, medical malpractice, and real estate. ​She has also participated on the Board of Directors for Family Alliance, a not-for-profit organization serving senior citizens in McHenry County and the surrounding areas.

Randy is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of all lawyers in the country are members. Randy practices law and is also an administrative law judge. Randy is on the board of directors for Elite Veteran Outfitters, NFP., which serves the needs of disabled veterans. He is an advisor to the Quiet Storm Foundation, former NBA point guard CJ Watson’s charitable foundation, and the Midwest Sports Academy, a non-profit organization serving underprivileged children. Among his other activities, Randy is a police sergeant, a dignitary protection officer, and a voice actor. Randy has taught de-escalation techniques to police officers in the State of Illinois and criminal procedure and law enforcement ethics and morality at the college level.
